Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. If you expect to arrive after 8:00 PM, please contact us in advance. Late arrivals are treated as an overnight check-in and may be subject to an additional charge.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

Yes. Secure gated on-site parking is available for $35 per night, and must be booked in advance due to limited availability. If our lot is full or was not reserved ahead of time, we are happy to recommend nearby parkades within walking distance.

Yes, pets are welcome on request and subject to availability. A fee of $35 per night applies.

Our building is a four-level heritage property and is not wheelchair accessible. We are glad to help where we can: subject to availability we can place you on our lowest guest floor to minimise stairs, and our front desk team will happily help with luggage. Please reach out before booking so we can make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We do not offer a full breakfast service, but complimentary coffee and tea are available each morning in our common kitchen area.

The Solitaire is a non-smoking property throughout, including all guest rooms. A cleaning fee applies for violations.
